The itch to build never went away.

I started as a developer, solving problems in code.

Then I led people: bigger teams, bigger problems, outcomes at scale. Every step took me further from the keyboard and closer to strategy and execution.

That was the job.

But I wasn’t going to spend my weekends writing Excel macros and VBA. 😄

Then came AI. Then came Claude. And suddenly I could build again, without becoming a full-time developer again.

So I’m back.

Signal is my first experiment.

It started with one question:

What do I actually want to read?

Today, Signal gathers news from many sources and shows it through different lenses. That’s Phase One.

The goal is to turn that information, step by step, into intelligence:
